Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Account information: Email address, name, mobile phone number, password (hashed), and your SMS and email consent choices with the time they were given.
• Payment information: Processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
• Trading data: Trade history, account performance, and webhook configurations stored for dashboard display.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage for analytics.

We measure site usage with our own first-party analytics (pages viewed, clicks, cursor position, scroll depth and device type) processed on our own servers. We also load two third-party tags: Vercel Analytics, which counts page views, and the Whop advertising pixel, described below. Embedded YouTube videos load from YouTube under Google's privacy policy. We use Customer.io to send account emails, setup texts and, if you opt in, marketing emails and texts. Your email, name, phone number, consent choices and when you gave them, the plan you chose, the campaign tags in the link you arrived on, and events about your account (such as sign-up, checkout, trial, membership and payment updates, connecting a trading account and its first trade) are stored there so we can send the messages that fit your account.

Whop advertising pixel. Whop runs our checkout and our ads. Its pixel runs in your browser on this site and sends Whop:

• the pages you view here: the page address, the page that sent you here, the page title and how long you stayed;
• the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the link you arrived on;
• a visitor ID it stores in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, a device ID it calculates from your browser and device settings, and your browser type, screen size, language, time zone and IP address;
• a sign-up event with the email address you registered with, when you create an account;
• your visitor ID, added to the checkout link when you open checkout, so Whop can connect your purchase to your visit.

We have turned off the pixel's automatic reading of form fields, so apart from the sign-up email above it does not collect what you type into our forms. The pixel does not load on password reset and invite pages, which carry private links.

Events our servers send to Whop. Our servers also send Whop a sign-up event when you create an account, a first-payment event (the amount charged and the plan) when your first payment goes through, and an event when you first connect a trading account and when your connected account places its first trade. Each event carries your email address and, depending on the event, your name and BlazeProps account ID or your Whop user and membership IDs, the Whop visitor ID from your browser, and the IP address, browser type, ad click identifiers, campaign tags and landing page recorded on your first visit.

Whop may forward these conversion events to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure ad performance. We never send your mobile number to Whop.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Whop pixel in that browser, and our own analytics do not keep a lasting visitor ID for you.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Account and setup texts are sent to the number provided at registration.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and send billing notifications.
• To communicate updates, alerts, and support messages.
• To display your trading performance on your dashboard.
• To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Payment processors to process transactions.
• Webhook services (e.g., PickMyTrade) to execute trades on your connected accounts.
• Whop (checkout, the advertising pixel and the server events described in Section 1), and through Whop, Meta, which may receive our conversion events for ad measurement.
• Vercel (page-view analytics) and Google/YouTube (embedded videos), as described in Section 1.
• Customer.io (email and SMS delivery), as described in Section 1.
• Law enforcement if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to retention requirements).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns, and the Whop pixel stores an advertising-measurement visitor ID in a cookie and in local storage as described in Section 1 (not when your browser sends Global Privacy Control). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
